Delivery and Return Terms

This page explaining the delivery and return conditions for the Moontra UCMS digital service platform has been prepared under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Service Overview

UCMS is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform provided digitally. There is no physical product delivery.

1. Digital Service Delivery

The UCMS platform is a digital service and does not require physical delivery. Platform access is provided immediately after successful completion of the payment process.

  • Account is activated instantly after payment confirmation
  • Login credentials are sent to the registered email address
  • Platform is accessible 24/7
  • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance

2. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the selected payment period (monthly/annually).

  • Automatic renewal is enabled by default
  • Notification is provided at least 3 days before the renewal date
  • Automatic renewal can be turned off by the user
  • Renewal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

3. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 53 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in services performed instantly in electronic environment and contracts related to the delivery of digital content.

The UCMS platform is a digital service, and access is provided immediately after payment. Therefore, the right of withdrawal ends from the moment access to the service is provided.

4. Refund Conditions

Despite the legal expiration of the right of withdrawal, refund evaluations are made under the following conditions with an approach that values customer satisfaction:

  • Refund request can be made within 7 days from the payment date
  • Full refund is provided if the platform cannot be used due to technical reasons
  • Refund is evaluated if the promised service cannot be provided
  • Proportional refund may be made in case of partial usage
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to info@moontrasoftware.com
  • Refund decision is communicated within 10 business days at the latest

5. Refund Process

If the refund request is approved, the following process applies:

  • Refund is made as a return to the credit card/debit card used for payment
  • Refund process is initiated within 10 business days
  • Bank-related delays may occur (5-10 business days)
  • Refund amount and status are communicated via email
  • For installment payments, the refund is made by the bank in accordance with the installment plan

6. Cancellation and Termination

Subscription cancellation and termination are carried out under the following conditions:

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Platform access continues until the end of the period after cancellation
  • Data in cancelled accounts is retained for 30 days
  • Data is permanently deleted after 30 days
  • New subscription is required for reactivation
