This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER whose information is provided below.
Buyer information consists of the information provided during registration.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital service subscription that the BUYER purchased electronically from the SELLER's UCMS (Unified Commerce Management System) platform.
The UCMS platform is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that offers multi-platform integration, order management, inventory management, and logistics management services for e-commerce businesses.
The type, content, duration, and fee of the service are specified on the order summary page. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
Payment is made via credit card or debit card with 3D Secure verification through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure.
Access to the UCMS platform, which is a digital service, is provided immediately after payment confirmation. Account information is sent to the registered email address.
Pursuant to Article 53 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, in contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic environment and delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service performance has begun.
The UCMS platform is a digital service, and access is provided immediately after payment. The right of withdrawal ends from the moment access to the service is provided.
The BUYER declares that they have accepted this condition before order confirmation.
Despite the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the SELLER may evaluate refunds under the following conditions:
The BUYER agrees to use the UCMS platform only for legal purposes. The account may be suspended in case of illegal activities through the platform.
The SELLER aims for uninterrupted operation of the platform, but temporary interruptions may occur in cases of scheduled maintenance, updates, or force majeure.
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER. The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all articles of the agreement.
The agreement remains in effect until one of the parties provides a termination notice or the subscription period expires.
